What you will do

• Act as the main contact for technical and non-technical enquiries related to hirify.global products and services via multiple channels.
• Recreate user setups to replicate issues and submit bug reports to development teams.
• Collaborate with the Japan sales team and distribution network to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Amazon and TrustPilot.
• Coordinate beta feedback and maintain communication with beta testers.
• Work closely with global support teams to share feedback and provide assistance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan.
• Fluent in Japanese to a high standard and English to a reasonable standard.
• Experience with audio interfaces, MIDI control, and music production setups.
• Proficient with Mac OS X and Windows systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a polite and helpful manner.
• Experience working with customers and collaborating in teams.
