Location: Paris, France (office-based three days per week). This is a night shift role (10 PM - 7 AM), and weekend work is common.

What you will do

  • Manage a team of Fraud Experts responsible for manual identity verification.
  • Monitor team performance indicators, including processing time and pending volumes.
  • Proactively handle unexpected situations, such as activity peaks and scheduling adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes, security, and GDPR measures.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to foster team spirit and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • Previous team management experience required.
  • Conscientious, reactive, adaptable, patient, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional English proficiency (B2 required).
  • Ability to work night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM) and weekends is essential.
