What you will do

• Reconcile client funds and outbound payments across multiple banking systems following internal processes.
• Investigate unallocated or non-received funds and escalate or reject as necessary.
• Fund client trades manually and verify remitter bank account data.
• Assign currency accounts and verify payment beneficiaries in line with guidelines and SLAs.
• Manage payment issues and queries related to SWIFT and domestic payments, including processing SWIFT query messages.
• Communicate task status and escalate problems promptly while adhering to internal policies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Malaga, Spain
• University degree and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills with a good level of English; Spanish language skills are ideal.
• Proactive, diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure within strict timeframes.
• Team player with effective research skills and eagerness to learn.
