TL;DR

Head of B2B & Go-to-Market (B2B): Building and owning the holistic B2B strategy and Go-to-Market plan for a new marketplace proposition with an accent on value proposition definition, pricing, and seller acquisition. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional work, driving successful adoption, and ensuring a coherent seller experience during a major strategic shift.

Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Spain)

What you will do

  • Own the positioning and value proposition of the new Marketplace vision for prospective sellers.
  • Build and lead the full Seller-side Go-To-Market strategy, from awareness to retention.
  • Collaborate with commercial and product teams on pricing, promotions, and acquisition strategies.
  • Design the end-to-end onboarding experience for new sellers joining the Marketplace.
  • Build frameworks for measuring seller satisfaction, early churn risks, and long-term engagement.
  • Lead programme management for the entire B2B Go-To-Market workstream, driving alignment and removing blockers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across GTM strategy, product marketing, commercial strategy, or B2B marketplace growth.
  • Led GTM launches for complex digital products, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and structured execution management.
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable driving alignment across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations.
  • Commercially fluent; able to balance customer value, marketplace dynamics, and revenue outcomes.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and can define structure where none exists.
  • Must be based in Spain
