Salary: zł169,700 - zł282,900 annually

What you will do

• Lead strategic engagement with key accounts to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
• Define and execute customer success plans, tracking milestones and managing risks.
• Educate customers on hirify.global platforms, content, and technologies tailored to their workflows.
• Monitor usage and account health to generate actionable insights and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and collaborate with internal teams.
• Contribute to shaping the vision and strategy of the Customer Success organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data solutions and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on customer outcomes and retention.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global products or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with BI Dashboards and success metrics.
• Leadership experience (mentoring or managing teams).
