What you will do

• Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process with in-depth customer and market insights
• Structure and close deals to drive growth in data and software solutions for financial market participants
• Support thought-leadership and community building initiatives
• Analyze competitors’ offerings and develop strategies to maintain market leadership
• Proactively manage sales pipeline and encourage contract renewals
• Deliver tailored customer demonstrations of specific propositions

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Poland or Budapest, Hungary
• English: B2 level or higher
• 3-5 years of industry, sales, or market experience in a quota-bearing environment
• Strong understanding of financial markets and interest in technology (Python, C++, APIs advantageous)
• Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver persuasive presentations
