What you will do
- Own and optimize the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Lead digital transformation projects implementing AI, ML, and RPA solutions.
- Manage O2C project lifecycles and prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
- Provide system ownership and manage integrations between CRM, ERP, and Billing platforms.
- Define and monitor team performance metrics against SLAs.
- Mentor and develop the team, promoting adoption of emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near San Jose, CA with hybrid work onsite minimum 3 days/week.
- 12+ years experience managing Order-to-Cash systems in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Tier 1 ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle ERP, SAP) and O2C platforms (Salesforce, Zuora).
- Proven leadership in AI, ML, and RPA digital transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
