TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, based in San Jose, CA, United States with onsite presence required a few days per week.

Salary: $174,400–$349,200 per year

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead digital transformation projects implementing AI, ML, and RPA solutions.
  • Manage O2C project lifecycles and prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
  • Provide system ownership and manage integrations between CRM, ERP, and Billing platforms.
  • Define and monitor team performance metrics against SLAs.
  • Mentor and develop the team, promoting adoption of emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near San Jose, CA with hybrid work onsite minimum 3 days/week.
  • 12+ years experience managing Order-to-Cash systems in fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Tier 1 ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle ERP, SAP) and O2C platforms (Salesforce, Zuora).
  • Proven leadership in AI, ML, and RPA digital transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
