What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap across DevOps, Testing, and AI, tailored for mid-market Salesforce teams.
• Lead product execution, owning requirements, specifications, and user story creation, partnering with Engineering and UX.
• Drive iterative feature delivery using agile methodologies, including beta programs and continuous improvements.
• Develop deep customer and market insights, translating competitive landscape understanding into product recommendations.
• Represent hirify.global’s DevOps thought leadership in community events and foster feedback loops for innovation.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 5+ years experience in Product Management with ownership of a SaaS product or major product area.
• Demonstrated success taking a product from concept to launch and scaling adoption.
• Strong understanding of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, pipelines, Git).
• Experience defining end-to-end workflows in complex technical products.
• Excellent communication skills with experience partnering cross functionally across Engineering, UX, Sales, and GTM.
