What you will do

• Design and implement DevOps solutions using hirify.global within Salesforce environments.
• Administer and configure Salesforce applications ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Manage metadata and source format pipelines for seamless deployments and version control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and customize Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate agile methodology adoption within Salesforce teams.
• Train and mentor team members on hirify.global and Salesforce development best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Australia, preferably Sydney
• Salesforce Admin Certification and strong Salesforce development background.
• Proven consulting experience with stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and responsible production updates.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Metadata and Source Format Pipelines.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Robotic Testing and test automation tools.
• Understanding of version control systems related to Salesforce.
