Content Designer: Collaborating closely with user research and partnering with product design to support hirify.global's home hunters and homeowners, with an accent on creating clear, scalable content and shaping UX decisions with evidence. Focus on mapping user journeys, structuring information, and integrating content within the design system.

Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week in the Soho London office

What you will do

• Create clear, scalable content for cross-functional product teams, minimizing friction and future inbound.
• Shape UX decisions and challenge assumptions using evidence and feedback.
• Partner with user research and product design to map user journeys and understand user interactions.
• Structure content and define information connectivity for easier understanding and navigation.
• Support the integration of content within the design system.
• Apply the tone of voice and brand platform to create consistent experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing content within product development teams.
• Strong workshopping skills to help teams align and make progress.
• Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
• Passion for user experience and making the process of renting, buying, selling, and moving easier.
• Ability to think analytically about user journeys and how content shapes behavior.
• Proactive, hands-on contributor and collaborative team player.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplace products.
• Experience with content governance tools like Ditto.
• Experience with agentic AI.
