What you will do

• Improve language understanding modules by providing high-quality sentence training examples
• Update system prompts based on client requests
• Manage and upload voice recordings
• Test conversational systems extensively before go-live
• Review customer calls and flag problematic conversations
• Collaborate with Software Engineers and Dialogue Designers to optimize conversational UX and call containment

Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish speaker
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Interest in natural language understanding and conversational AI
• Ability to work within UK working hours with minimum 4h overlap

Nice to have

• Experience in natural language technologies, translation, linguistics, or data science
• Experience in tech industries and startups
• Experience in language-related jobs such as scripting or translation
