What you will do
- Improve language understanding modules by providing high-quality sentence training examples
- Update system prompts based on client requests
- Manage and upload voice recordings
- Test conversational systems extensively before go-live
- Review customer calls and flag problematic conversations
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and Dialogue Designers to optimize conversational UX and call containment
Requirements
- Native or fluent Turkish speaker
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in natural language understanding and conversational AI
- Ability to work within UK working hours with minimum 4h overlap
Nice to have
- Experience in natural language technologies, translation, linguistics, or data science
- Experience in tech industries and startups
- Experience in language-related jobs such as scripting or translation
