Salary: £59,850 - £66,500

• Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across multiple channels
• Promote effective writing to improve customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience as a content designer, UX writer, or conversation designer
• Familiarity with complex or regulated environments, ideally financial services
• Collaborative mindset for working in multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to write clear, concise, and on-brand content in multiple tones
• Strong stakeholder management skills across product, risk, legal, and brand teams
• Experience with design platforms such as Figma
