What you will do

  • Manage assigned reseller customers to increase adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Build strong relationships and serve as primary post-sales contact.
  • Develop and execute strategic success plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and product expertise to optimize platform usage.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through customer data analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams on renewals and risk management.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany
  • English and German bilingual proficiency required
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles managing enterprise or reseller customers.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, REST APIs, JSON).
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strategic and analytical abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with organic search/local SEO and multi-location marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Challenger Sales Methodology.
