What you will do
- Manage assigned reseller customers to increase adoption, retention, and growth.
- Build strong relationships and serve as primary post-sales contact.
- Develop and execute strategic success plans aligned with customer goals.
- Provide technical guidance and product expertise to optimize platform usage.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through customer data analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams on renewals and risk management.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany
- English and German bilingual proficiency required
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles managing enterprise or reseller customers.
- Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, REST APIs, JSON).
- Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strategic and analytical abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with organic search/local SEO and multi-location marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Challenger Sales Methodology.
