What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for staking features and protocol support tailored for institutional clients
• Collaborate with engineering, design, protocol specialists, sales, and legal teams to deliver scalable and compliant staking solutions
• Engage directly with institutional clients to gather feedback and validate product direction
• Define and manage metrics to guide prioritization and measure success
• Align teams around a shared vision and communicate progress internally and externally

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience building enterprise or B2B crypto products
• Proven track record of shipping and iterating products at scale
• Understanding of staking mechanisms and blockchain protocols
• Strong client orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience in institutional staking, crypto custody, or related ecosystems like Ethereum or Solana
• Familiarity with staking reporting and regulatory standards
