Senior Consultant: Bridging business needs and technical delivery by capturing stakeholder requirements and shaping product vision for digital solutions, with an accent on translating complex needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications. Focus on defining and evolving digital products for large companies in the Swiss market, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring quality and continuous improvement.

Location: Hybrid, Liestal, Switzerland. Travel to client premises within Switzerland and broader region.

What you will do

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and objectives.
• Capture customer needs and translate them into functional requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing solutions and building roadmaps.
• Research technology, recommend innovative updates, and identify areas for technical improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technologies, or Marketing Technology.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical consulting or digital business analysis.
• Experience with digital transformation services (customer experience, DXP, CMS, analytics, marketing automation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with understanding of software development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1-C2).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French language.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
