What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, prioritize, analyze, and validate business needs and solution requirements.
• Prepare and maintain software requirement specifications and organize workshops.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure common understanding, quality, and sound technical design.
• Produce and maintain business analysis outputs including use cases, requirements, mockups, user stories, and data models.
• Verify and validate requirements, manage traceability, and assist in user training and documentation.

Requirements

• University degree with minimum 4 years of IT experience OR non-university degree with minimum 7 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis work experience.
• Mandatory certification CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of current IT domain, Agile/DevOps practices, and industry Business Analysis best practices (BABOK).
• Experience with visual modeling and design tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect) and BPMN/ArchiMate.
• Experience with work item management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira) and project management.
• Understanding of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
