What you will do

• Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Go-To-Market domains including Marketing, Sales, CPQ, Customer Success, and Support
• Create integration solutions between Salesforce and external enterprise SaaS systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers on the Go-To-Market Systems team
• Establish and maintain Salesforce development standards, best practices, and reference architectures
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security challenges on the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Austin, Texas, United States with flexible remote work
• 10-12 years of progressive experience in Salesforce platform and enterprise CRM implementations
• Hands-on Salesforce development and architecture design experience including integration and security
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior executives
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Salesforce APIs
