What you will do
- Design and build highly scalable, secure backend services supporting high-volume workloads.
- Maintain robust CI pipelines and release workflows to implement continuous delivery best practices.
- Debug and optimize application performance focusing on memory and CPU usage for high audio quality.
- Operate, monitor, and optimize distributed systems in AWS production environments.
- Apply deep understanding of RTC/VoIP architectures and protocols.
- Participate in on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France
- Solid experience building backend services with focus on security, scalability, and performance.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience operating and optimizing AWS production systems supporting high availability.
- Understanding of RTC/VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and open-source SIP/RTC technologies.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Exposure to media servers, signaling flows, or real-time communications debugging.
