What you will do

• Build and improve developer toolchains for backend, frontend, mobile, and data engineers.
• Automate repetitive tasks and standardize deployment and configuration processes.
• Collaborate with product teams, staff engineers, and QA to deliver tailored platform solutions.
• Propose and implement improvements to boost platform productivity, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead knowledge sharing and workshops to promote best practices.
• Optimize tools and systems to support fast-growing teams and projects.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Paris, France
• English: B2 level or higher
• Strong expertise in Python, Bash, or Go and infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable developer platforms.
• DevOps mindset with passion for automation and developer productivity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration and mentoring.
