What you will do

• Build scalable infrastructure and APIs to integrate AI capabilities into customer care systems
• Implement AI agent actions, server connections, and data pipelines for 24/7 customer service
• Develop monitoring, evaluation, and safety guardrails for AI features handling sensitive interactions
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize and optimize ML models
• Leverage AI/ML technologies to improve customer experience

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Paris, France
• English: B2 level or higher
• Strong backend engineering skills with Python, Golang, and related technologies
• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML and LLM integration
