What you will do

• Define and own the full lifecycle of enterprise or domain-level data products from ideation to adoption.
• Conduct persona-driven research to translate business needs into product features.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business cases, secure funding, and communicate product vision.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines using CI/CD and modern tools.
• Manage agile delivery practices including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Track adoption metrics and represent products in governance forums.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US, preferably Colorado (Westminster) or nearby.
• 3–5 years experience in data product, analytics, or data engineering roles.
• Proven experience writing business requirements and working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, agile development, Snowflake, SQL, Jira, and BI tools.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher) required.

Nice to have

• Experience in data mesh, federated governance, or MDM environments.
• Experience working with AI/ML teams and building AI-supporting products.
• Familiarity with metadata platforms such as Purview, Alation, or Callibra.
