What you will do

• Own strategic and operational leadership for certification launch partners, driving alignment and success criteria across enterprise stakeholders.
• Design and run partner pilots end-to-end, building scalable playbooks and proactively managing risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, assessment, content, and customer education teams to ensure certification quality and platform readiness.
• Define and track KPIs, synthesize partner insights, and influence certification and product strategy.
• Scale the certification ecosystem by identifying new partnership opportunities and distribution channels.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco for onsite work
• Experience managing strategic partnerships or complex enterprise programs end-to-end.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-organizational alignment.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Product intuition to translate partner needs into product and engineering requirements.
• Passion for responsible AI education and building rigorous, globally meaningful certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience launching education or certification programs with enterprise partners.
• Familiarity with assessment design, psychometrics, or workforce development ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or aptitude for technical learning.
• Experience working with global or multi-region partners.
