What you will do

  • Evaluate inbound M&A opportunities and proactively engage potential targets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on live M&A projects.
  • Perform analyses to support expansion into new products and markets globally.
  • Support strategic finance with corporate modeling and reporting.
  • Assist in equity and debt capital raising, including due diligence and transaction closing.

Requirements

  • Fluent English required.
  • Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth startups, or public tech companies.
  • Expert financial modeling skills and experience closing M&A or capital raising transactions.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across organizational levels.
  • Self-starter mentality thriving in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Location: Fully hirify.global, work from anywhere globally.
