Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $217,000 - $332,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s business and Capital Markets role in corporate initiatives
• Lead and execute Capital Markets strategy and live transactions end-to-end
• Manage deal structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Credit/Risk teams to scale capital platform
• Build and maintain relationships with investors

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in structured finance, fixed-income investing, trading, private equity, consulting, or product/strategy roles
• Ability to work remotely within the United States
• Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience with SQL or Python is a plus
