Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Lisbon, or Madrid (Hybrid preferred in Lisbon or Madrid)

Salary: €50,000–€110,000/year + performance bonuses

What you will do

• Architect, design, and ship production-grade software and platform features.
• Build customer-facing integrations and implementation workflows.
• Contribute to product strategy, research, and roadmap execution.
• Support enterprise deployments and solution delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and AI leadership.
• Shape the systems, culture, and best practices of a scaling startup.

Requirements

• 4–10+ years of experience in a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work with measurable impact.
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and execution speed.
• Motivation to join an early-stage, high-intensity environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-growing startups or enterprise SaaS.
• Exposure to AI/ML products, data workflows, or agentic systems.
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms or ecosystems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or modern design systems.
