What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end development of new Salesforce capabilities, transforming business needs into scalable solutions.
• Shape user and agent experiences by creating intuitive Lightning interfaces.
• Optimize and evolve support processes by enhancing service-related features.
• Architect and improve automation across the platform, ensuring reliable and efficient system logic.
• Diagnose complex technical issues, ensuring seamless communication between Salesforce and external systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep understanding of Lightning (App Builder and component usage).
• Solid experience with case management, Omni-Channel, and other core Service Cloud capabilities.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining Flows and automation.
• Advanced Apex development skills (classes, triggers, test coverage, error handling).
• Experience with API integrations, connected apps, and handling integration-related issues.
• Must have a work permit for the European Union region.
