What you will do

• Provide deliverability support and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams
• Manage and prioritize deliverability tickets and customer portfolios
• Conduct investigations, reviews, and audits of email sending practices
• Assist with blocklists, spam traps, and IP warming schedules
• Monitor email metrics and improve sending reputation
• Contribute to strategic deliverability planning and process improvements

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London
• 2-3 years of experience in email deliverability services at ESP, agency, or large brand
• Strong knowledge of deliverability concepts and industry best practices
• Excellent customer management and communication skills
• Ability to present deliverability issues clearly to customers
