What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute plans for renewals and expansions within your portfolio.
  • Use Gainsight and customer data to monitor account health and drive adoption.
  • Provide expertise to help customers derive insights from the product.
  • Deliver value-based business reviews with client executives.
  • Innovate portfolio management practices and share best practices.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and prioritize key business objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Experience in customer success, technical account management, or relationship management roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to learn and explain technical products.
  • Experience with Gainsight and data/analytics or martech is a plus.
