What you will do

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and agile Kanban workflows.
• Ensure system health and performance with observability tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners.
• Shape best practices and design decisions through team discussions.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in Belgrade, Serbia
• English: Fluent spoken and written English required
• 4+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, microservices, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ownership of components or systems in previous roles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Google Cloud, and Kubernetes.
