TL;DR
Experience Design Lead (Product Design): Leading multi-disciplinary teams to shape end-to-end digital experiences for enterprise clients across Asia with an accent on human-centred design, data-grounded work, and agile delivery. Focus on moving from insight to strategy to design, working on complex, scalable digital solutions spanning web, mobile, and connected experiences.
Location: Based in Bengaluru, leading teams across Asia. Some work travelling may be required.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design from problem framing to shipped experiences.
- Facilitate design thinking, collaboration workshops, and lead user research.
- Create meaningful IA, customer journeys, and user flows with business goals.
- Champion inclusive design and accessibility (WCAG), baking it into every decision.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Product, Data, and Engineering.
- Mentor junior designers and support in pitches.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a digital transformation consultancy or digital agency environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in XD leadership roles.
- A portfolio reflecting capability to work on complex, scalable digital solutions (Web, Mobile, connected experiences).
- Depth in human-centered design across research, interaction, UI, content, and service design.
- Proven accessibility & inclusive design practice (e.g., WCAG/A11y).
- Fluency in modern tools: Figma, Miro, prototyping, and practical chops with AI design tools.
- Design Systems/DesignOps experience, from governance to component quality.
- Experience designing for cross-cultural nuances in APAC.
Nice to have
- Experience in Public Service, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, Health & Telco verticals.
- Familiarity with data reporting and visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
