What you will do
- Provide technical support and answer client inquiries.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Verify the quality of new implementations.
- Propose improvements to reduce support tickets by identifying enhancements to our software.
- Update systems with accurate client account and service configuration information.
Requirements
- Completed high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 or higher).
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful personality.
- Ability to learn new technologies independently.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, or a programming/scripting language.
- Must live in Mexico with current CURP.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in technical support or operations roles, especially in startups.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI.
