Salary: $217,000–$255,000 USD (Zone 1 locations)

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with frequent office presence
• 7+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years in people management
• Experience managing fullstack teams (backend and mobile)
• Proven track record delivering large-scale distributed systems, preferably in financial or blockchain infrastructure
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or strong willingness to learn
