What you will do

• Lead and motivate diverse teams on various digital projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables independently.
• Function as Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting effective communication.
• Serve as key client contact ensuring expectations are met and results delivered.
• Partner with client service and business development teams to scope and size new opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal development of Agile and project management standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, USA
• 3+ years of project management experience including Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing digital projects with budgets over $500K and distributed teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, CMS platforms, and eCommerce platforms preferred.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• CSM and PMP certifications.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
• Knowledge of information security practices and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
