Senior Digital Project Manager

TL;DR

Senior Digital Project Manager: Assisting in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities for complex digital solutions with an accent on quality standards and timely delivery. Focus on collaborating with product managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality digital applications.

Location: This position has the option to be based out of either our Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Broomfield, CO; or Dallas, TX offices. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $106,194.25 - $165,840.00

What you will do

• Support day-to-day project activities, including creating project plans, tracking schedules, and deliverables.
• Assist in developing contingency plans for potential risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure service expectations and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and escalate significant deviations to senior leadership.
• Contribute to project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of IT Project Management, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
• 5+ years of experience supporting engineering, technical, or digital project teams (Agile preferred).
• Working knowledge of effective planning techniques and project administration best practices.
• Familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Aha!.
• Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• US work authorization is required as visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• College or university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with hirify.global New Product Introduction (NPI / dNPI) processes and tools.
• Experience using MS Copilot across M365 apps.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
