Network Engineer

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze network performance to ensure uptime, reliability, and speed.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues, providing rapid resolutions and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to implement upgrades and new technologies.
• Maintain and update network documentation such as diagrams, inventories, and configurations.
• Ensure network security by implementing policies, monitoring access, and performing vulnerability assessments.
• Support disaster recovery planning and execution related to network infrastructure.
• Provide advanced support for escalated network-related issues.

Requirements

• Must be onsite at Casa Grande, AZ.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT and network infrastructure.
• Proven hands-on experience in network administration and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with network security technologies and best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
