What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery across Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and implement standards, reusable components, and governance to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt.
• Design and optimize Dataverse data models and Power BI semantic models focusing on performance and usability.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems using connectors and APIs.
• Mentor engineers and analysts, provide technical reviews, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of application development experience and 4+ years of deep Power Platform delivery.
• Proven leadership in solution design for enterprise-scale Power Platform initiatives.
• Advanced expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with ALM best practices, Azure DevOps or GitHub, and integration technologies like REST APIs and OAuth.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
