Salary: $140,000 to $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and integrate products as part of a small, well-defined project team.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, leveraging user story mapping and design sprints.
• Participate in Kanban processes to maintain development flow and proactively identify bottlenecks.
• Develop applications adhering to best practices for sustainable and repeatable solutions.
• Provide intentional mentorship to less experienced developers, fostering talent growth.
• Research new and existing technologies, discovering tools that can improve the organization.

Requirements

• Expertise in one or more of the following languages and their common frameworks: C#, JavaScript, Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of API Security and OAuth.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases.
• Experience writing unit tests and building and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience giving and receiving code reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience working in horizontally scaling systems.
• Familiarity with message/event-driven architecture patterns and distributed systems architecture.
• Familiarity with systems integration.
• Experience working with an integrated design team.
• An automation mindset.
