Senior Software Developer (C#/JavaScript/Python)

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and integrate product features with a focus on sustainable and repeatable development practices.
• Collaborate closely with product teams using user story mapping and design sprints.
• Participate in Kanban-driven development to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Mentor less experienced developers and foster a culture of talent growth.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve bugs or problems.
• Research new technologies, perfect existing ones, and discover new libraries and tools to drive organizational change.

Requirements

• Expertise in one or more of C#, JavaScript, or Python and their common frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of API Security and OAuth.
• Experience writing unit tests and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Must have US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience working in horizontally scaling systems.
• Familiarity with message/event-driven architecture patterns and distributed systems.
• Experience with systems integration and an automation mindset.
