What you will do

• Directly manage and grow production and product management craft across multiple teams and projects.
• Drive strategic alignment across initiatives to ensure work supports both local and global objectives.
• Maintain and report on project status regularly to stakeholders, customers, and dependent teams.
• Facilitate conversations, identify misalignment areas, and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Provide leadership guidance, mentorship, and feedback to producers and product leads.
• Foster healthy and efficient co-development practices between Sydney and partner studios, including an offsite team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience shipping games, applications, or software in a production/product/program management role.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a people management role or people leadership.
• Proven experience leading teams through major development phases (planning, execution, release, and post-launch).
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across disciplines and time zones.
