What you will do

• Build strong collaborative relationships with directors and studio leadership to align objectives and communication.
• Coordinate production processes ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Drive Agile process implementation and continuous improvement within the project.
• Manage master project schedule, dependencies, and resolve roadblocks with producer team and leads.
• Collaborate with Executive Producer and Production Director to oversee project progress and studio objectives.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Finland with daily onsite presence in Helsinki.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale game projects on time and budget.
• Expertise in game production processes and Agile project management.
• Excellent English communication skills for multicultural environments.
• Experience working in large multinational, multi-studio organizations.
