• Manage and grow production and product management capabilities across multiple teams and projects.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and feedback to producers and product leads.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia
• 8+ years experience in production/product/program management in games or software.
• At least 1 year in people management or leadership role.
• Proven experience leading teams through all development phases.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for cross-discipline and time zone collaboration.
