What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the Amper team.
• Evaluate design and implementation options, solving challenges from IDE integration to incremental compilation.
• Create, test, and implement go-to-market strategies for Amper.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Developer Advocacy, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Java/Kotlin development experience.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and build systems.
• Experience in hiring, people/team, and project management.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).

Nice to have

• Experience in developer tools, compilers, programming languages, or emerging tech R&D teams.
• Open source community involvement.
• Experience working with startups or advanced technologies.
