What you will do
- Design and deliver enhancements to ETF Manager and related components
- Implement new functionality to support ETF product expansion
- Drive automation initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency
- Enhance data integrations and connectivity across internal and external systems
- Manage DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes using Atlassian and AWS tooling
- Collaborate with global teams in an agile environment
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid with expectation to work at least four days per week in an hirify.global office in Henley-on-Thames
- English: B2 level or higher
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, AWS services (EKS, EC2, Lambda, Amazon MQ)
- AWS certification (Developer – Associate or higher)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, CI/CD) and messaging technologies (Mulesoft, FIX, MQ)
Nice to have
- Exposure to Splunk, CloudWatch, and observability tools
- Understanding of ETFs, trading systems, or asset management
