🎤 Grade: Senior 5+ years
📰 Responsibilities:
— Develop & configure OneShield (UI, workflows, rating, forms).
— Implement business rules & integrations using Core Java, XML, PL/SQL.
— Work on policy lifecycle: new business, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements.
— Build & optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures.
— Work with document tools (Calligo, Ghostdraft).
— Debug issues, analyze logs, support production & participate in deployments.
— Collaborate with BA/QA teams, prepare technical documentation.
— Support OneShield upgrades & migration tasks.
⚙️Requirements:
— 3+ years as a OneShield Developer.
— Strong experience with Dragon Designer.
— Core Java, PL/SQL, XML, Oracle DB.
— Knowledge of P&C insurance domain.
— Experience with document generation tools.
— Git/Bitbucket/PVCS, Jira/ServiceNow.
— Strong debugging & problem-solving skills.
— Experience with Agile/Waterfall.
— Java / Oracle certifications.
