What you will do
- Build dashboards and reports to evaluate commercial team performance.
- Analyze funnels, unit economics, and retention/upsell/cross-sell processes to find growth opportunities.
- Translate high-level business questions into structured analytical tasks.
- Develop monitoring and alerting systems for key metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver insights quickly and accurately.
- Contribute to data model improvements and define analytical requirements for ETL processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in analytics, preferably Commercial/Sales/Business/CRM analytics.
- Strong SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
- Working knowledge of Python for automation and light modeling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
- Experience running or evaluating A/B tests.
- Experience with ETL processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing analytics or B2B analytics.
- Knowledge of Git, Airflow, DBT.
- Experience in tech or product companies.
