What you will do

• Design high-quality user experiences for AI features through research, prototyping, and iteration
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design with technical capabilities and business goals
• Present and communicate design work, incorporating feedback to strengthen solutions and build alignment

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in Linz, Austria
• 3+ years of product design experience in software or digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual and interaction design skills with shipped products
• Experience designing for technical products, tools, or complex workflows
• Strong communication skills and receptiveness to feedback
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical tools
• Experience with user research methods and applying insights to design decisions
• Familiarity with design systems or component-based design approaches
• Interest in AI/ML technologies, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation
