What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Product Designer within the B2B Experience team.
• Drive software development efforts delivering high-quality fullstack features with minimal guidance.
• Lead adoption of engineering best practices including testing, documentation, and observability.
• Shape architectural proposals and implement tests across all infrastructure layers.
• Manage team workload and conduct risk management in coordination with leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on skills in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and API development.
• Experience with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Fluent in English, able to work independently in distributed/remote setups.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and promoting engineering best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience leading fullstack or B2B SaaS product teams.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth2).
• Experience with high-availability systems and production monitoring at scale.
• Track record in driving technical strategy and aligning engineering with product goals.
• Experience working on AI-powered features.
