What you will do
- Lead a team of product and marketing analysts supporting product and business teams including loyalty, customer lifecycle, paid acquisition, and CRM.
- Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present clear, compelling insights.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on fundamental research and ad hoc requests.
- Support and monitor growth team metrics, identify improvements, and develop new decision-making metrics.
- Create informative and accessible data visualizations and reports for business and product teams.
- Plan data structures and improve data quality, including integrations with product development and external ad services.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as data/product/marketing analyst with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Expertise in designing and running A/B tests including statistical methods and interpretation.
- Experience in mobile paid acquisition analytics and data integration ownership.
- Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, Tableau, and Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, Scipy).
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and recommend solutions.
- Experience with loyalty programs, CRM analytics, customer retention, LTV forecasting, behavioral analytics, or user segmentation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
