What you will do

• Design and execute incrementality measurement approaches to evaluate digital marketing channel impact.
• Build models to quantify incremental return on ad spend and cross-channel interactions.
• Develop frameworks to monitor and optimize campaign performance based on causal impact.
• Apply advanced causal inference methods and create automated measurement pipelines.
• Build predictive models for audience segmentation, conversion propensity, and bidding optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on measurement methodologies and communicate insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in marketing analytics or data science with performance marketing focus
• Proven expertise in incrementality measurement techniques and causal inference methods.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with statistical modeling libraries.
• Experience analyzing multiple digital marketing channels including Paid Search, SEO, Meta, TikTok, and more.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical rigor, critical thinking, and ability to work with imperfect data.
