Data Analyst (Logistics)

TL;DR

Data Analyst (Logistics): Defining and tracking KPIs to monitor and explain business performance and providing data insights with an accent on identifying business opportunities and estimating their financial impact. Focus on designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and building dashboards using world-class tooling like Snowflake, Looker, and Mixpanel.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania. Remote work possible for up to 30 days per year.

Salary: 2500-4500€ (gross) per month

What you will do

• Define and track KPIs to monitor and explain the performance of the business.
• Provide data insights, identify business opportunities, and estimate their financial impact.
• Closely collaborate with the hirify.global Shipping development team to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Implement relatively simple ETL processes.
• Build dashboards for reporting and monitoring.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SQL scripting, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Good data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Business-driven mindset.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Snowflake and Looker.
• Python knowledge.
• Shipping or Logistics experience.
