What you will do

• Lead financial forecasting, planning, and reporting for marketing and communications portfolios aligned with company goals
• Manage complex budgets including performance marketing, brand marketing, and communications expenses
• Develop and operationalize investment frameworks guiding resource allocation across channels and markets
• Establish cross-functional reporting forums to articulate marketing impact against objectives
• Partner with marketing, communications, data science, and product teams to recommend data-driven optimizations
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform investment strategy

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the United States
• 12+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or related fields
• 5+ years partnering with marketing and go-to-market organizations
• Expertise in managing large budgets and financial modeling
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting data insights
• Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn

• Experience with B2C and B2B marketing models
